•    Members should take their rubbish off site for disposal at home.

3. The Railway Track.

•    Storage boxes and equipment must not be left on the track surface of the railway but should be stored on the shelves under the track. This leaves the track clear and will prevent damage to models.

4. The Boating Lake.

•    No fast electric racing boats or internal combustion engines are allowed. Models driven by steam, sail and scale electric are allowed.

•    Nobody is allowed to wade or swim in the lake. The lake is to be used for model boats only.

•    The club dinghy must be rowed. Under no circumstances should it be propelled by pushing it along the bottom of the lake and risking damage to the liner.

5. Car and Caravan Parking.

•    On Club Days vehicles and caravans must be parked on the area designated for parking on that day.

•    During wet ground conditions members must park in the area that will be roped off just inside the entrance gate.

•    Caravans and Motor Homes parking overnight must pay the current overnight fee.

6. Visitors and Guests.

•    Members may bring guests on any day (except Christmas and Boxing Day) free of charge providing the guest does not operate their own model on the CSC site. They must be signed in as “Day Members” in the Day book (which is kept in the life ring cabinet).

•    Guests who operate their own model must become a Day Member and sign the “Day book” (kept in the life ring cabinet) and pay the current nominal fee displayed on the Day Member book if they wish to operate their own model. The fee will be collected by their sponsor and forwarded to the treasurer. This arrangement can be used up to three times.

To continue to operate on the CSC site, full membership must be taken. The Day Membership fees will be returned if the guest becomes a full member.

Note. If they have third party liability insurance documentation from their OWN home club and offer it up…. They do not need to pay. They must still sign the day book.

•    Day Members are subject to CSC Rules and entitled to the same insurance cover etc. as a full member of CSC until midnight on that day.

•    Children must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for their safety and conduct.

•    Dogs must be kept under control. Dog excrement must be cleared up and removed from the site
